Kohler's customer data was fragmented across 5 disconnected systems, making personalisation impossible. I led end-to-end Customer 360 implementation, aligning Digital, Data & Analytics, and PIM teams, defining the data model, and coordinating integration across Salesforce, AEM, and proprietary tooling. Delivered 70% unified data accuracy and unlocked personalisation that drove a 15% engagement lift.
Defined product vision and roadmap for simultaneous launches of Kohler.com, SterlingPlumbing.com, and AnnSacks.com. Orchestrated user research, A/B testing, UX collaboration, and engineering delivery across Agile teams. I founded FeetSutra — a barefoot and minimal footwear brand built on the philosophy that most modern shoes work against the human body. FeetSutra designs wide toe-box, zero-drop, thin-sole shoes that restore natural foot mechanics, blending timeless craftsmanship with a commitment to slow fashion and sustainability.
I built everything from the ground up: product concept, brand identity (including a symmetric ambigram logo that reads the same rotated 180°), the Shopify eCommerce store, product photography, content strategy, a repair & resole program, affiliate marketing infrastructure, and carbon-neutral shipping integration. Two product lines launched — the Chandigarh Penny Loafer and Khussa 2.0.
